Three things to start with
- Keep brand consistency
- Ensure text is readable
- Provide clear purchase instructions
Branding should aid recognition
Show the shop name, recognisable colour and support contact clearly. The main sign should be understandable before a customer reaches the screen. Too many fonts, promotions and contacts compete with the bouquets. Decide what someone needs to notice at a distance and what they should read during selection, then organise the design around those different viewing distances
Graphics, signs and illumination
Standard personalisation uses one of 26 templates, while PREMIUM creates an individual design. Front, side and rear signs should follow the directions from which the machine is visible. A wall-backed position and a freestanding position have different visibility needs. Choose illumination with the site in mind, rather than judging the entire result from a daytime visualisation
Consistency from shop to screen
Match machine graphics with shop packaging and other customer touchpoints. Interface personalisation can carry the logo and theme onto the screen while keeping buying steps clear. Before approving artwork, check small-text readability, contacts and QR codes at their intended size. An attractive visualisation does not establish that a customer can read the information or use the code in the installed setting
