Three things to start with
- Check prepared flowers
- Maintain containers and surfaces
- Track loading time
Freshness starts before restocking
The machine does not replace flower preparation. Load selected, properly prepared bouquets and check water containers and packaging. Record preparation and loading times separately so you can understand actual stock rotation. Different flowers and arrangements may need different care, so a single universal storage period is not appropriate for the entire range. Inspect the product itself as well as its recorded time
Climate, cleanliness and airflow
Consider temperature control, cleanliness, water condition and unobstructed ventilation together. NEO has shared climate control, while the PRO description provides for separate module adjustment. These differences do not establish a guaranteed shelf life for every bouquet. Match routine care to the selected model's instructions and the needs of your flowers, rather than relying on the machine to compensate for poor stock preparation
Rotation and write-offs
The bouquet timer shows how long an item has occupied a compartment, but visual inspection remains necessary. Define when a bouquet is checked, discounted or removed. Automatic price reduction can help manage time in stock, but it should not replace a quality decision. Record write-offs by bouquet type so the next restocking plan responds to what actually remained unsold
