Three things to start with
- Measure the prepared bouquet
- Consider water requirements
- Check collection convenience
Measure the complete prepared bouquet
Start with the bouquet, water and final packaging. Check base width, height, rim width and the weight of the whole arrangement. Make sure the container sits securely on the shelf and its rim does not catch during removal. Volume or a size letter alone cannot answer these questions, especially when different containers have similar capacities but different shapes
Water, stability and cleaning
Assess the container during transport, loading and collection. Do not fill it merely to its maximum capacity; the arrangement and stability matter. Establish a cleaning and inspection routine for reusable containers. A cracked, dirty or difficult-to-clean container should not return to use simply because it fits the compartment. Include inspection in the preparation cycle rather than leaving it to the person restocking
Information needed to select a container
Provide dimensions of your existing container or planned bouquet, the machine model and the required quantity. If replacing a container, explain what is unsuitable about the current one. Compare the proposed item with compartment dimensions before a larger order. Specific measurements support a practical choice instead of assuming that a similar-looking photograph represents the same shape and clearance
